Practice Summary:

Mr. Glass joined Fine & Hatfield in 1995 after practicing seven years near his hometown of Yorktown, Indiana. Since joining Fine & Hatfield, Mr. Glass’s law practice has focused on estate and trust planning for individuals and families. He also concentrates his practice in the administration of estates and trusts, guardianships, and closely-held business planning and development. As a trust and estate planning attorney, Mr. Glass regularly advises clients on effective probate avoidance techniques and trust solutions for transfers of wealth from one generation to the next. Beginning in 2014, he has expanded his practice to include representing local governments and elected officials.

Mr. Glass has been certified as a specialist in Indiana Trust and Estate law since 2007 by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board. He has been active in the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board and served as the Board’s Co-Chair in 2019-2020. (See his listing at https://indianatrustestatelawyers.org/todd-i-glass/). He has previously served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Evansville where he taught Probate Law in the Department of Legal Studies.

Todd and his wife Wendy live in Newburgh and have two children. He has been active in the Newburgh and Warrick County communities and is a passionate supporter of the Castle High School music programs and local historical programs.
