Practice Summary:
Mr. Skinner works in the firm’s litigation department assisting clients in matters relating to insurance coverage and defense of claims, workers compensation, and other personal injury disputes. Mr. Skinner proudly represents and defends medical professionals and practices in medical malpractice claims with the Indiana Department of Insurance and in State Court. Mr. Skinner also assists clients with their personal and estate needs such as guardianships, grandparent rights, divorce and child custody/parenting time, wills/trusts, power of attorneys, living wills, and various special education issues.

Mr. Skinner is certified as a trained mediator in both civil and family law matters and works to assist parties in resolving their disputes outside of court, saving all parties the time and expense of long-term litigation.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Skinner worked in the Warrick County School Corporation as a teacher for several years at both Chandler Elementary and Castle South Middle School.
