Practice Summary:
Mr. Bryan practices as a litigator with a significant focus on insurance defense matters, including the defense of medical professionals, and defense of the policyholders of insurance companies.
He has litigated insurance policy interpretation, product liability, business disagreements, and personal injury in the states of Illinois and Indiana, in both the local and federal courts. His practice includes appellate work in these states at all levels, in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

In 2010, Tom received one of the highest honors afforded a trial attorney, being inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers.
