Special education attorneys J. Beau Dial and Elissa A. Shettler will presenting "Protecting that Special Someone" on September 11, 2011. Hosted by SMILE on Down Syndrome, the event will be held at Wired Coffeehouse in downtown Evansville.

Evansville Family Law attorney, Dan Gearhart has served on the Board of the Reitz Home Preservation Society since 2009. This year was his second consecutive year as Chair of the very popular Wine Dive event on June 17th. Up to 200 guests were treated to numerous wine and beer samples offered by Wine Styles of Evansville and Turoni’s Microbrewery. Guests were able to sample the many wines and brews while strolling the beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding the Reitz Home.

Evansville attorney Todd Glass assumed a one year term as the President of the 530 member Evansville Bar Association in June of this year. A member of the Board of Directors since 2005, Glass previously served in all officer positions of the EBA Board leading up to the role of President.

Todd Glass has been selected again to speak to fellow attorneys in a continuing legal education program conducted by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.   Glass will join other Estate Administration specialists to educate other attorneys on probate administration issues at a seminar in Indianapolis on September 22, 2011.   Glass has been a regular speaker and contributor at ICLEF and EBA legal education seminars for several years, and is a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer, certified by the Indiana Trust and E
