Todd I. Glass

Practice Summary: 

Mr. Glass joined Fine & Hatfield in 1995 after practicing seven years in Muncie, Indiana. Since joining the firm, Mr. Glass has represented individuals and businesses with significant focus on estate planning and administration, trust planning and administration, guardianships, and adoptions. As a trust and estate planning attorney, Mr. Glass regularly advises clients on the effective reduction of death and inheritance taxes and probate avoidance techniques.

Mr. Glass also represents corporations and businesses of all sizes, particularly closely-held businesses in a variety of industries. By doing so, Mr. Glass helps individuals and families plan for their long-term financial stability and how best to reduce the impact of death taxes upon business profitability and success.

In 2007 Mr. Glass was certified as an Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer, a specialist in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board. Currently he is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Evansville where he teaches Probate Law in the Department of Legal Studies.
