Ronald R. Allen

Mr. Allen has represented management in the areas of Labor Relations and Discrimination and Employment Law for over four decades. He has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board in its jurisdictions across the Midwest and Southern States. He has successfully represented clients including large corporations, municipalities, electrical cooperatives, school corporations and small employers in construction, service and manufacturing businesses. Mr. Allen's experience includes the areas of personnel management, collective bargaining negotiations, defense of management charged with Unfair Labor Practices and claims brought by government entities; and, he has represented management in numerous collective bargaining contract arbitrations and NLRB-sponsored representative elections.
