Jessica A. McCarthy

Jessica A. McCarthy is a lifelong resident of southern Indiana. She was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship at the University of Southern Indiana and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in 1999. She participated in the Honors Program at Valparaiso University School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2003. Since joining Fine & Hatfield, Ms. McCarthy’s primary practice areas include civil litigation, insurance defense, and professional liability. Ms. McCarthy has significant experience with personal injury, premises liability, and commercial litigation cases in both Indiana and Kentucky. She has additional experience defending professional liability claims, including real estate, dental, medical, and legal malpractice claims.
