J. Beau Dial

Practice Summary: 

Mr. Dial focuses his practice of law in the areas of elder law, estate and trust planning (including revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, and special needs trusts), estate administration, guardianships and adoptions, and business and corporate law. In 2011, Mr. Dial became a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys ("NAELA") to assist the elderly with long-term care planning and/or Medicaid planning, and clients with special needs. In addition to his practice, Mr. Dial routinely gives presentations to members of the community regarding basic estate planning and common mistakes he sees in his area of practice.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Dial regularly spends his time as serving as a Vanderburgh County Guardian ad Litem, ensuring that minor children and incapacitated adults are placed with proper caregivers and guardians.
