Daniel B. Gearhart

Mr. Gearhart has been with Fine & Hatfield since 2003. Mr. Gearhart is an insurance defense litigator (including the defense of medical professionals, the defense of employers in worker's compensation claims, and the defense of other policyholders of insurance companies.) He also counsels and defends employers in other types of claims including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, other civil rights cases, wage and hour claims, and labor disputes. Mr. Gearhart also regularly practices as a litigator on domestic relations cases including divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time and guardianship cases.
